AAWARE Presents : Reconnects to Pathway to Primary Care

Join AAWEAR weekly at Community Wise Resource Centre (223 12 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R 0G9), for Reconnects: Pathways to Primary Care.
Every Tuesday, our service runs from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and provides basic necessities for marginalized communities including:
– Hot meals, coffee, snacks
– Harm Reduction Education & Supplies
– Housing Referrals
– Peer Support & Navigation
– Foot & Wound care
– STBBI Testing & Referrals
